Our inaugural meeting will be held on Friday, October 4 at 7pm. We will be painting a Just One More Page sign (perfect for your bookshelf!!) and discussing Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt. This is a super cute story that follows the connection between Tova, a widow who works at the Sowell Bay Aquarium, and Marcellus, a giant Pacific Octopus. The book is charming, witty, and a reminder that examining the past can lead to an unexpected future.
